FlexGiving app for iPhone and iPad

We are dealing with an increasing teacher shortage in primary education. It is more and more common that children have to go home because there is no teacher present. FlexGiving gives the school leader insight into available qualified and alternative workers, and checks with potential flex workers whether they are employable. Unlike existing applications for flex workers, this initiative is based on the regulation from the Ministry and the legal frameworks as drawn up in the guide by the Education Inspectorate. In this way, school leaders can efficiently find and place the most suitable replacement. By automating and broadening by calling on alternative forces, the app contributes to arranging replacements adequately, quickly and with results and arriving at the most suitable solution of the day.
